Your journey commences at the Blue Tier, where every dining experience brings you closer to earning Dough Points and advancing to the next level of rewards.

Redeeming rewards

Step 1: Open the PizzaExpress loyalty rewards web app and register an account with us if you haven’t already!

Step 2: Your rewards will be waiting for you in the ‘Rewards’ tab. Discover rewards you have yet to activate or scroll through rewards you have activated already and are ready to use.

Step 3: Click ‘Redeem’ on the active reward and inform our staff that you would like to claim your reward. You may view your past rewards in the ‘History’ section.

  • Dough Points (DP) is the currency that supercharges your dining experience at PizzaExpress. Accumulate Dough Points to level up your membership card and gain access to more perks and rewards.

    You earn Dough Points at a rate of 1 DP for every AED spent. 1 DP = 1 AED.

    Dough Points are not redeemable for cash.

  • There are 4 Tiers in total. Blue being the entry level, the next is Bronze, Silver and Gold.

  • Blue is the entry tier. Benefits increase with each tier, with Gold offering the highest rewards.

  • No, you cannot combine your rewards with ongoing promotions. However, refer to the terms and conditions of the reward to get more clarity. Go to your reward (here) to read more, or ask any of our friendly staff. We’ll be happy to assist!

  • You can redeem your joining rewards immediately upon signing up!

  • Your Dough Points (DP) and card tiers stay with you a year from your last purchase with us. Example:

    • 31 Dec 2025: Becomes a Club Member.

    • 28 Feb 2026: Last transaction on record.

    • 1 Feb 2027: Membership terminated.

    Spend with us within a year to retain access to your benefits.

  • View the list of participating restaurants here.

  • Rewards (here) need to be activated before they can be redeemed. Once active, flash the reward to our staff on redemption.

  • Upgrading is automatic and happens once you have met the Dough Point requirement.

    • 500 DP accumulated in Blue to upgrade to Bronze.

    • Additional 5000 DP accumulated in Bronze to upgrade to Silver.

    • Additional 8000 DP accumulated in Silver to upgrade to Gold.

  • Not applicable on Brunch transactions.​

    Not applicable during special group events, including:​

    • School visits for Kid’s Pizza Making sessions​

    • Corporate parties​

    DOES THIS MEAN, THE JOINING REWARDS ARE LOST?​

    Joining rewards for registered customers are never forfeited under any circumstances. If the rewards cannot be applied at the time of registration (e.g., during excluded events), they will be securely stored in the customer's Loyalty Wallet.​

    If a customer registers while making a Brunch spend, the joining bonus (including additional Dough Points and rewards) will still be credited.​

    The bonus will be stored in the customer's Loyalty Wallet and can only be redeemed on weekdays or during non-Brunch hours.​

    This ensures customers still receive their benefits, while maintaining program integrity for Brunch & big event exclusions.​

  • Dough Points will not be accrued on customer spends during brunch hours or for special group events ​

    Transactions involving the redemption of vouchers issued by PizzaExpress will not be eligible for Dough Point accumulation.​
